Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Unternehmensmarketing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate development organization seeking a working student for corporate marketing. In this role, you will actively contribute to diverse marketing projects while gradually taking on independent responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns for residential and commercial property projects
• Create content for social media channels, websites, newsletters, and other communication platforms
• Maintain and continuously improve the online presence and digital and analog marketing initiatives
• Assist with developing special campaigns, landing pages, website relaunches, and content migrations
• Research and analyze market and marketing trends to derive new ideas and initiatives
• Plan, organize, and support events, trade shows, sponsorship activities, and internal communications
• Coordinate with external agencies, service providers, and partners
• Gain insights into brand strategy and corporate communications

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in at least the third semester of Marketing, Communication Design, Media Management, Communications, or a comparable business-related program
• Initial practical marketing experience through internships, working student positions, personal projects, or part-time roles is advantageous
• Passion for developing creative content with strong language skills, storytelling ability, and audience-appropriate communication
• Independent, structured work style with enthusiasm for contributing new ideas
• Confident use of standard MS Office applications; proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator) is required
• Interest in digital trends, social media, and modern marketing tools
• Excellent German language skills along with team spirit, initiative, and reliability
• Above all: genuine desire to actively shape and contribute to projects
