Performance Marketing Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential online education client that is scaling rapidly across multiple markets. Our talent team is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition campaigns and drive measurable growth. This is a full-time opportunity based in Ukraine.

This role exists because growth requires precision. You'll build, launch, and optimize conversion campaigns—primarily on Meta—and own the metrics that prove they're working. You'll make budget decisions, test hypotheses, and collaborate across creative and production teams to keep cost per lead inside KPI while quality stays high.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads conversion campaigns independently, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and creative rotation
• Track and analyze lead quality metrics, maintain CPL within target KPIs, and identify anomalies before they impact spend efficiency
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance on audiences, exclusions, placements, attribution windows, budgets, and naming conventions
• Design and execute A/B tests, document learnings, and rapidly iterate based on data
• Collaborate with producers, copywriters, and designers to provide actionable, data-driven feedback on creative performance
• Leverage AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve campaign operations

What We're Looking For

• B2 English proficiency or higher
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with conversion campaigns, performance marketing, or user acquisition (in-house or agency)
• Proven ability to run Meta Ads Manager independently
• Strong working knowledge of CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS/ROI, and LTV metrics
• Practical AI experience through projects, prior roles, or experimentation
• Comfort proposing unconventional ideas, testing them, and owning outcomes
• Proactive problem-solving mindset—you treat rising CPL as your challenge to solve, not something to escalate
• Attention to operational detail, including naming conventions and data hygiene
• Preference for testing hypotheses over debating them
