About This Role
We are representing a confidential influencer management agency seeking a Creator Manager to work remotely from Germany. Our client connects content creators with digital marketing opportunities, partnering with major brands and record labels to promote products and music across social media platforms.
This is a commission-only role offering unlimited earning potential for self-driven professionals who want to control their income through performance. You will manage creator careers, negotiate brand deals, and help talent grow their audience and monetize their content.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale creator portfolios, helping talent grow their platform presence while securing brand partnerships
- Scout and sign new creators, focusing on both emerging and established influencers
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brands and agencies to secure campaigns for talent
- Negotiate deals with brands and record labels using in-house software and your expertise
- Develop content strategies for clients to maximize their reach and monetization
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape overall strategy and expand the talent roster
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong familiarity with major social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a hustle mentality and drive to get results
- Ability to work independently and manage your own agenda
- Comfortable with flexible, remote work arrangements
- Bonus: Experience in talent management, social media influencer management, sales, or marketing agencies
