Alert LPN

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Licensed Practical Nurse to support remote patient monitoring operations. In this role, you will monitor a panel of remotely enrolled patients and ensure those requiring clinical attention receive timely intervention.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Monitoring incoming vital signs, symptoms, and health indicators for patients enrolled in remote monitoring programs
• Triaging alerts and abnormal readings against established clinical criteria to identify patients requiring immediate intervention
• Contacting patients with out-of-range readings to gather additional clinical information and confirm symptom, medication, and adherence context
• Coordinating with nursing and advanced practice staff to route flagged patients into appropriate interventions and ensure complete follow-up
• Reviewing AI-surfaced screening output and AI-drafted documentation for clinical accuracy before provider review, making necessary corrections
• Documenting every patient interaction in the clinical record and building care summaries for primary care providers and specialists

This is a full-time remote position with scheduled hours Monday through Friday, either 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern.

What We're Looking For

• Active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license with compact licensure
• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing as an LPN/LVN
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiology setting
• Experience in remote patient monitoring or telemedicine, including EMR-based clinical documentation
• Professional written and verbal communication skills for direct patient contact and provider-facing documentation
• Fluency with AI-assisted clinical tools and the ability to communicate credibly with providers and patients about AI's role in clinical workflows

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $26 - $30 per hour.
