HR Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential eCommerce organization expanding its operations across global markets. Our talent team is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment and people operations in a fully remote capacity based in Croatia.

This is a full-time remote position where you'll partner directly with hiring managers to build high-performing teams while contributing to employee engagement, onboarding, and HR process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach channels
• Deliver professional candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal process systems
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and team-building activities
• Assist with implementing HR policies, procedures, and operational best practices
• Support performance review cycles and employee feedback programs
• Monitor employee satisfaction metrics and contribute to positive company culture
• Track recruitment and HR analytics, delivering regular reports and insights to leadership
• Develop employer branding initiatives including candidate-facing content, job descriptions, and recruitment campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, Human Resources, or People Operations roles
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple role types
• Strong sourcing capabilities and candidate outreach skills
• Solid understanding of HR processes and the complete employee lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with solution-oriented mindset
• Understanding of employer branding and talent attraction best practices
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern HR systems highly preferred
• Experience supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, or employee engagement initiatives highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Experience working in remote and international environments is a plus
• Background supporting eCommerce, operations, marketing, or digital teams preferred
