Manager RevOps/Yield -100% Remote

We are representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Manager of RevOps/Yield to join their fully remote team. Our client operates at significant scale in the programmatic advertising space, and this role will be instrumental in optimizing yield performance across their portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for troubleshooting, testing, and implementation of ad operations
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring tasks are completed within established timelines
• Oversee day-to-day optimizations of demand stack and performance across digital properties
• Lead the team in identifying and resolving discrepancies in revenue, impressions, clicks, and other KPI metrics
• Evaluate and test new technologies and platforms
• Develop processes to streamline workflow efficiency
• Traffic ad tags to vendors in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide ongoing status updates on experiments and implementation to cross-functional teams
• Oversee QA processes and interface regularly with partners to resolve reporting discrepancies and trafficking issues
• Manage documentation of protocols and team workflows
• Create and manage Private Marketplaces (PMPs) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals
• Collaborate with leadership on resource allocation to ensure company goals are met
• Liaise with finance on invoicing and new business as needed
• Develop, motivate, and train Digital Ad Operations team members

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in the digital media/ad tech space, preferably with a major SSP/DSP or large-scale publisher
• 2+ years managing Customer Success and/or Ad Operations teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and other Google products
• Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Previous experience working with supply-side platforms, ad servers, data management platforms, and other tech partners
• Deep understanding of ad monetization at scale, including demand and supply side, programmatic (Header Bidding, PMP, SSP, DSP, RTB, Video, Native)
• Experience with platforms such as Operative 1, Salesforce, Ad-Juster, FreeWheel, DBM, MOAT, IAS
• Strong knowledge of campaign lifecycle management, ad sales process, trafficking, QA, and performance analytics/reporting
• Understanding of Google Data Studio and Analytics in depth
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a small global remote team across different time zones
• Proven self-starter with ability to drive initiatives and end goals
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using project management tools like Asana, Jira, and Slack
