Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting organization seeking a freelance Social Recruiting Specialist with Meta/Facebook ad media buying experience. In this role, you will support our client's talent acquisition team by:

• Setting up and launching recruitment campaigns on Meta/Facebook platforms
• Managing advertising budgets and optimizing spend across campaigns
• Creating landing pages and candidate intake forms
• Providing weekly KPI reporting with actionable recommendations for improvement

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of hands-on experience in social recruiting and paid social media advertising
• Proven track record with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager for recruitment purposes
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and self-motivated work style
• Ability to issue freelance invoices independently
• Fluency in both German and English
• Ideally: familiarity with Notion and Join (ATS)

This is a freelance engagement requiring approximately 5-10 hours per week. The position is 100% remote and can be performed from anywhere in Germany.
