Feedback Synthesis Specialist – Remote | Upto $120/hr

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI organization seeking a Feedback Synthesis Specialist to join their remote team. This contract role focuses on evaluating AI-generated content and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to guide model improvements
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, with emphasis on presentation software

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in user research, customer research, or feedback synthesis
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
