Our client has developed an AI-powered solution currently deployed across hundreds of care facilities, saving millions of hours annually that can be redirected from paperwork to patient care.

As our talent team searches for a Working Student in Data Annotation for Senior Care, we need someone who brings real nursing knowledge to evaluate and improve AI model performance. Your professional background in care will become the benchmark: your feedback will show where models already meet professional standards and where improvement is needed.

Responsibilities

• Share your knowledge of care planning and analyze text data from a nursing professional's perspective
• Collaborate with the team to develop concrete data quality requirements
• Identify patterns in data and formulate improvement recommendations
• Participate in weekly team meetings to align on annotation standards and quality benchmarks

What We're Looking For

• Completed training or practical experience in geriatric care with solid understanding of care planning processes
• Real-world knowledge of care professionals' daily work reality and ability to understand their expectations
• Curiosity about how AI can support care workers in their everyday tasks
• Independent, reliable work style with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Currently enrolled at a German university and able to work 20 hours per week
• Willingness to participate in weekly team meetings
• German language proficiency required for this role
