Junior SEA Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Junior SEA Manager to join their team in Kassel. In this role, you will serve as the operational and strategic point of contact for client accounts, driving measurable performance and growth through expertly designed and optimized Google Ads campaigns.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Strategic management and development of paid search client accounts
• Independent account management and client relationship ownership
• Planning, implementing, and optimizing search advertising campaigns
• Continuous analysis of campaign performance metrics
• Identifying and executing optimization measures based on data insights
• Creating performance reports and presenting results to stakeholders
• Advising clients on search advertising strategies and growth opportunities
• Managing budgets and monitoring key performance indicators
• Preparing for and conducting client meetings
• Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• University degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification
• Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Technical understanding and aptitude
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
• Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Nice to have: agency experience and/or hands-on Google Ads campaign management
