Junior Product Manager – Growth Platform (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Junior Product Manager to join their Growth Platform team in Berlin. In this role, you will:

• Own and evolve experimentation and A/B testing infrastructure to support rapid learning across product teams
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to instrument tracking and enable granular behavioral insights
• Drive growth initiatives including referral programs, customer bonuses, and retention campaigns, balancing incentives with business outcomes
• Integrate key marketing technologies such as affiliate tracking into the product and data stack
• Work closely with Engineering to prioritize and deliver growth-enabling capabilities with high quality and efficiency
• Lead backlog refinement and discovery rituals with engineering teams, ensuring strong alignment and focus
• Contribute to quarterly planning using OKRs and define clear success metrics for your domain

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a product role, ideally in B2C and/or growth-focused environments
• Hands-on experience working with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing setups
• Strong collaboration skills across product, data, marketing, and technical teams
• Active use of AI in your workflow for research, spec drafts, data exploration, and experiment design, with a point of view on where it helps and where it doesn't
• Solid understanding of tracking, analytics, and attribution concepts
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate closely with engineers on backend services and APIs
• Analytical mindset with confidence using data to define success and drive decisions
• Proactive, structured, and outcome-driven approach to product management
