Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential MedTech scale-up in their search for a Finance Operations Manager. In this role, you will:
- Drive the digitalization and automation of finance processes to support rapid growth
- Optimize the ERP system and integrate additional tools for billing, accounting, and recurring payment workflows
- Build comprehensive management and investor reporting frameworks with relevant KPIs
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning processes
- Prepare and support monthly and annual financial closes in collaboration with external tax advisors
- Establish scalable finance structures to enable national and international expansion
- Work closely with the existing finance team with a clear path toward increased responsibility and potential department leadership
What We're Looking For
- Multiple years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping environments
- Strong understanding of operational finance processes and fundamental accounting principles
- High IT and systems affinity with experience in ERP systems, process digitalization, or automation
- Confident working with Excel, financial metrics, and business analytics
- Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented company is advantageous
- Hands-on approach with willingness to handle both strategic and operational tasks
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Essen, Germany
