About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization seeking experienced executives to join their Advisory Board. This is a strategic advisory role based in Bavaria, Germany, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Our client is looking for seasoned leaders who bring genuine technology expertise and strategic insight—not consultants who simply validate existing thinking. This is an opportunity to work with a growth-focused team tackling real challenges in AI, Business Intelligence, and Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on go-to-market strategy and business development
• Offer candid, direct feedback on company direction and positioning
• Leverage your network to support market access and growth initiatives
• Contribute operational and strategic perspective based on real leadership experience
• Participate in focused, results-oriented discussions (no endless strategy workshops)
• Support the organization's expansion within the Bavarian region and beyond

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience at C-level or equivalent senior positions
• Genuine enthusiasm for technology—not just administration of it—particularly in AI, BI, and data management
• Strategic and operational experience across the full business lifecycle
• Experience navigating challenges and setbacks in leadership roles
• Active professional network that you know how to leverage effectively
• Strong connection to the Bavaria region
• Ability to provide clear, direct feedback even when it's uncomfortable
• Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
• Background in software, IT services, automotive, industrial, financial services, or adjacent sectors welcome
