Responsibilities
- Construction of roads, pathways, traffic areas, and outdoor facilities
- Execution of earthworks, drainage, paving, and civil engineering works
- Installation of sub-base, load-bearing layers, and surface materials
- Operation of construction machinery and equipment according to qualifications
- Support in organizing and coordinating on-site workflows
- For foreman role: assist site management with supervising and instructing personnel, measurements, and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed vocational training as a road builder, civil engineering specialist, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in civil engineering and road construction is desirable
- Experience as a foreman is advantageous; alternatively, willingness to pursue relevant training
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Independent, reliable, and responsible work approach
- Commitment, flexibility, and team spirit
- Fluent German language skills required
- Class B driver's license required
