Spa Therapist – Luxury Spa is Coming to Shepherd’s Bush

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential luxury hospitality client in West London who is preparing to launch a premium spa and wellbeing facility in late 2026. Our talent team is currently building their founding therapist roster for what will be one of the area's most exciting new wellness destinations.

This is a rare opportunity to join a spa concept from the ground up, working within a nature-inspired sanctuary designed for restoration and indulgence. You'll deliver expert treatments while creating personalised guest experiences that combine technical excellence with genuine hospitality.

Positions are available on both full-time and casual contract bases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional face and body treatments, massages, facials, and wellbeing rituals with impeccable attention to detail
• Create personalised experiences by understanding each guest's needs and tailoring consultations accordingly
• Recommend retail products and treatments that enhance the guest journey and support commercial targets
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest luxury standards, ensuring spaces are beautifully presented and fully stocked
• Collaborate closely with reception and fellow therapists to deliver seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Maintain accurate consultation records, treatment notes, and daily administration
• Handle guest requests with warmth and professionalism, consistently exceeding expectations
• Support environmentally conscious practices and sustainable wellbeing operations

What We're Looking For

• Recognised spa therapy qualification (NVQ Level 3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, VTCT or equivalent)
• Previous experience in luxury spa, wellness, or premium hospitality environments
• Expertise in massage therapies, facials, and body treatments
• Strong retail and product recommendation skills with proven commercial awareness
• Exceptional guest care and communication abilities
• Thorough knowledge of health and safety, hygiene, and spa operating procedures
• Calm, polished, and professional presence
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Genuine passion for wellbeing and commitment to continuous learning
• Existing right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

Pay

Full-time: £30,000 basic annual salary plus 10% commission on treatments and additional commission on retail and service sales

Casual: £14.42 per hour
