About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential international organization seeking an IT Support Specialist for an on-site role in München, Germany. Our client requires a skilled technical professional to deliver exceptional end-user support and maintain critical IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support for customer issues, ensuring timely problem resolution
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues as needed
  • Maintain clear communication on incident status and resolution progress
  • Update and manage ticket documentation for all reported incidents
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise communication tools
  • Support Mac operating system users with basic troubleshooting and assistance
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
  • Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues

What We're Looking For

  • Valid work permit in Germany (required)
  • Several years of hands-on experience in IT support roles
  • Fluency in both German and English (mandatory)
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic familiarity with Mac operating systems
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and network connectivity
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work on-site in München
