About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential international organization seeking an IT Support Specialist for an on-site role in München, Germany. Our client requires a skilled technical professional to deliver exceptional end-user support and maintain critical IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level support for customer issues, ensuring timely problem resolution
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues as needed
- Maintain clear communication on incident status and resolution progress
- Update and manage ticket documentation for all reported incidents
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise communication tools
- Support Mac operating system users with basic troubleshooting and assistance
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
- Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues
What We're Looking For
- Valid work permit in Germany (required)
- Several years of hands-on experience in IT support roles
- Fluency in both German and English (mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office suite
- Basic familiarity with Mac operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and network connectivity
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work on-site in München
