Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential communications agency in Berlin that sits at the intersection of brands, music, and entertainment. As Senior Consultant for Music & Entertainment, you will:

• Provide strategic counsel to clients on music and entertainment partnerships, artist relations, and cultural positioning
• Develop concepts and campaign ideas that position brands authentically within music and entertainment contexts, and present them confidently to clients and partners
• Identify emerging cultural trends, artists, talents, formats, and opportunities that align with client objectives
• Build artist and brand collaborations from ideation through execution
• Actively leverage and expand your network through conversations with artists, management teams, labels, event organizers, festivals, and media contacts
• Support pitches, new business development, and exploration of new service areas
• Take ownership of your accounts and projects while maintaining a strategic rather than purely administrative focus
• Collaborate closely with PR, social media, content, and creator relations teams

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in music, entertainment, brand communications, agencies, media, artist management, labels, festivals, or comparable environments
• Deep knowledge of the industry, strong instincts for relevant artists and developments, and an established network in the music and entertainment world
• Experience providing strategic counsel to clients and managing diverse stakeholder relationships
• Strong conceptual skills and enthusiasm for transforming briefs into compelling ideas
• Confident presence with excellent presentation and communication abilities that inspire others
• Entrepreneurial mindset with good instincts for new business opportunities
• Independent, structured work style combined with genuine enjoyment of teamwork
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel and be present where music and entertainment happen
