Performance Marketing Lead (m/w/d) – 100% Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing B2B technology company in the DACH region that is scaling aggressively. Our client operates in the HR tech space and works with major enterprise customers. They need a Performance Marketing Lead who has already proven they can profitably scale B2B marketing campaigns with high five to six-figure monthly budgets.

This is a 100% remote position based in Germany (Hamburg region). You'll report directly to senior leadership and own the entire paid acquisition strategy from day one.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all paid advertising channels (primarily Meta and Google) with high five-figure monthly ad spend
• Build AI-generated image creatives independently without waiting for design support
• Write video creative briefs, collaborate with videographers and editors, and potentially participate in shoot days
• Design, launch, and test new funnels and landing pages
• Write high-converting copy for funnels, ad copy, B2B and B2C email campaigns, and CRM workflows
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with executive leadership and sales teams
• Monitor and expand tracking systems for new funnels and offline conversions
• Scale campaigns rapidly while maintaining profitability and clear ROI metrics

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record scaling an external B2B agency or software company to profitably €1M+ annually (no e-commerce)
• 2+ years marketing experience, ideally in recruiting, staffing, or headhunting environments
• Required: Meta Ads and Google Ads lead generation expertise for B2B decision-makers with demonstrated management of high five to six-figure monthly budgets
• Full-stack marketer comfortable with AI image creation tools, no-code platforms, and Google Tag Manager fundamentals
• Expert-level prompting skills with GPT/Claude (this is mandatory, not optional)
• Deep understanding of B2B sales professionals and executive decision-makers as target audiences, or ability to rapidly learn new audience segments
• Comfortable operating under pressure and making data-driven decisions when stakeholders want quick solutions
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset—you want to build something, not just manage it
• German language proficiency required for this market
