Deal Desk Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team. This is a remote position based in the Pacific time zone.

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of day-to-day deal processing—turning quotes, order forms, and approvals around quickly and accurately. You'll serve as first-line support for sales teams, keeping deals moving and field representatives unblocked. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on responsiveness, accuracy, and high transaction volume while building deep quote-to-cash expertise.

Responsibilities

• Process deals by creating and managing quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ systems accurately and within SLA
• Drive deals through approval workflows, tracking status and coordinating with appropriate stakeholders to minimize cycle times
• Serve as first point of contact for daily pricing, packaging, and process questions from sales representatives
• Maintain data quality and accuracy across opportunity and quote records in Salesforce
• Support order processing during high-volume periods, including month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Identify complex or non-standard deals early and escalate appropriately to senior team members
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales to facilitate both standard and non-standard transactions
• Contribute to improvements in CPQ tooling and associated workflows

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS environments
• Familiarity with CPQ systems and quote-to-cash processes (Salesforce, or similar platforms)
• Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to handle high transaction volumes and period-end pressure
• Strong stakeholder service orientation and clear, structured communication skills—both written and verbal
• Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based pricing, and revenue recognition principles
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (required)
• Thoughtful approach when discussing sensitive data across business functions
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay

Our client offers a base salary of up to $127,000 plus a 10% target bonus. Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process.
