Business Development Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential managed hosting provider in the EMEA region, and our talent team is searching for a Business Development Representative based in Czechia. This is a remote role focused on generating qualified pipeline through creative outbound prospecting.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will research target accounts, personalize multi-channel outreach, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives. You'll experiment with messaging strategies, leverage modern prospecting tools, and maintain detailed records in the CRM. High performers who demonstrate results and cultural alignment will have clear paths for advancement within the revenue organization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and qualify outbound leads using personalized strategies including cold email, phone calls, video messages, and social engagement
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives by applying BANT qualification methodology and providing comprehensive handoff notes
• Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and outreach channels to optimize response and conversion rates
• Research accounts and drive engagement using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting platforms, video tools, phone systems, and CRM software
• Enroll prospects in outbound campaigns and maintain consistent follow-up across multiple channels
• Focus activity on cold, net-new pipeline generation and maintain consistent outbound volume
• Keep CRM contact, company, and deal records accurate and current with detailed activity documentation
• Collaborate with sales, revenue, and marketing teams on assigned leads and initiatives
• Contribute process and tooling suggestions to improve outbound effectiveness
• Prepare for coaching sessions, share updates proactively, and implement feedback

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound business development or similar sales development role
• Results-oriented approach with confidence in cold calling, written outreach, social media engagement, and video prospecting
• Near-native English proficiency with exceptional writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Tech-savvy mindset with genuine interest in technology and SaaS solutions

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience or foundational knowledge of hosting or cloud infrastructure
• Sales development certification or related coursework
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and prospecting tools
• Fluency in a second European or Asian language (Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, or Japanese)
