We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists who want to build or expand their private practice with comprehensive administrative and technological support.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health therapy services to clients either in-person or via telehealth
• Set and maintain your own schedule based on your availability and caseload preferences
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to client needs
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records
• Participate in the platform's practice management system or integrate your existing tools
• Build and grow your patient caseload with marketing and operational support

What We're Looking For

• Active Masters Level licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Valid license to practice in your state of residence
• NPI Number and Individual Malpractice Insurance (guidance available if you need to obtain these)
• Commitment to providing accessible, quality mental health care
• Ability to manage your own practice schedule and client load
• Comfort with technology platforms for telehealth and practice management

Pay
