Scout Junior Quality Coordinator – Spanish (Mexico)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential global technology client seeking a Junior Quality Coordinator for a specialized search quality program. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who excels at online research and quality analysis to support a critical content evaluation project.

This is a remote, freelance position based in Mexico, requiring approximately 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

As Junior Quality Coordinator, you will support the quality operations of a search evaluation program, working in both Spanish (Mexico) and English. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing quality performance data and producing statistical reports with guidance from senior coordinators
• Completing internal quality assessments and providing feedback on test queries
• Supporting team members on best practices and client expectations
• Identifying and flagging behavioral concerns among project contributors
• Reviewing and analyzing root cause analyses submitted by team members
• Participating in the creation and review of training materials, including best practices documentation, newsletters, and webinars
• Tracking and analyzing performance data to support program objectives
• Monitoring team queries and attending stakeholder meetings as needed
• Performing additional program-specific tasks to support project goals

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico) with strong understanding of English
• Currently located in Mexico
• Strong understanding of popular culture in the Mexican Spanish-speaking market
• Exceptional online research skills and web-savvy approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable computer system and internet connection
• Reliable anti-virus software for secure web browsing
• Strong ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project guidelines
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Ability to pass required learning modules and quality tests before starting

Important restrictions:

• Must be dedicated exclusively to this search quality program (no concurrent work on other search or ads rating programs)
• Must have no current or previous experience with ads quality rating
• Must be the only household member working as a search quality rater
