Customer Service Associate

Wawa is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Store 8437 - Williamstown, NJ 08094. In this full-time position, you'll be the face of our store, delivering the friendly, efficient service that makes Wawa a trusted stop for thousands of customers every day.

As a Customer Service Associate at Wawa, you'll work directly with guests in a fast-paced convenience store and fuel station environment. You'll handle transactions, restock merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Wawa's commitment to quality and hospitality. Your Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, answering questions about products and promotions
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and securely, processing cash, card, and digital payments
• Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with merchandise while maintaining neat, organized presentation
• Prepare fresh food items, beverages, and fountain drinks according to Wawa standards
• Clean and sanitize store areas, restrooms, and equipment to maintain a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly during peak and off-peak hours
• Follow company policies on safety, inventory management, and customer service excellence
