About This Position

This full-time Team Supervisor role focuses on overseeing overnight operations at Wawa's Garner location. You'll lead and develop a committed night-shift team, ensure smooth store operations, and maintain the service standards Wawa customers expect. As an overnight Team Supervisor in Garner, you'll be the senior leader on duty, responsible for everything from customer satisfaction to inventory accuracy during the critical late-night and early-morning hours.

Core Duties

• Supervise and mentor overnight shift team members, fostering a positive, safety-focused work environment
• Monitor store operations, food preparation, and customer service quality standards throughout the night
• Handle cash management, reconcile registers, and ensure accurate financial reporting at shift end
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory counts, stock shelves, and communicate product needs to day-shift managers
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally during overnight hours
• Train new team members on procedures, food safety, and customer service expectations
• Complete opening and closing procedures and document any incidents or concerns

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail or food service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate diverse teams
• Ability to work the overnight shift consistently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable, responsible attitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy
