Customer Service Supervisor

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Supervisor at our Hope Mills location, you'll oversee daily operations and lead a dedicated team of customer service associates. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor customer service team members, including scheduling, training, and performance coaching

• Handle cash management, including register reconciliation and deposit preparation
• Monitor inventory levels and report any stock concerns to store management
• Maintain store cleanliness, food safety standards, and operational procedures
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed
• Support opening and closing procedures, including final walk-throughs and security checks
