Territory Sales Manager – Florida

Wattswater is hiring a full-time Territory Sales Manager to lead sales growth and development across Florida. Based remotely in the United States, you'll drive revenue growth and build lasting relationships with clients in your assigned territory, working with autonomy and support from the broader sales team.

Role Overview

As Territory Sales Manager for Florida at Wattswater, you will own the complete sales cycle within your region—from prospecting through deal closure and account management. You'll be responsible for developing a sales strategy tailored to your territory's opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and exceeding revenue goals. This remote role requires a self-motivated sales professional who can manage complex client relationships, work independently, and collaborate effectively with marketing, customer success, and management to ensure mutual success and customer growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategy for the Florida territory
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in your region
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Manage account relationships and support retention and expansion within the territory
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Coordinate with marketing and customer success teams on account strategy and initiatives
• Travel to client sites and attend company meetings as required
• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and territory performance
