Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and marketing to build go-to-market strategies and establish product positioning

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in HVAC, building systems, mechanical equipment, or industrial B2B sectors
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth and market share
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams and evaluate system design decisions
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication capabilities
  • Proficiency with product analytics, customer research methods, and quantitative decision-making frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
