About This Position

As Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operational execution, driving efficiency and effectiveness across key business functions. Responsibilities

• Oversee core operational processes and systems to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day business execution
• Lead and develop operations team members, setting clear performance expectations and fostering accountability
• Monitor key metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive measurable improvements in productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate across departments to align operational goals with broader business strategy
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize organizational efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations management or supervisor-level operational experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance results
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting operational metrics and data
• Experience with operations management systems, process documentation, and workflow optimization
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative work style
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
