AI Operations Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential high-growth marketing technology organization in Berlin seeking an AI Operations Specialist. Our client is expanding rapidly and needs someone who can drive AI-powered strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week) in central Berlin. You'll work directly with senior leadership to identify, scope, and execute AI-driven projects across user acquisition, product development, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority cross-functional projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Drive AI initiatives across the organization by identifying opportunities where AI and automation can improve operational efficiency, performance, and decision-making
• Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating AI opportunities into practical implementation
• Develop deep understanding of business operations including user acquisition, product development, and revenue drivers
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth communication on objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Implement AI-driven workflows and automation strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes
• Extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and measure impact of AI initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Experience in project management, operations, business development, business strategy, or AI-driven initiatives
• Genuine passion for AI with ongoing commitment to researching and exploring the latest AI tools and developments
• Proven ability to lead and execute projects independently with strong ownership mindset
• Solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition fundamentals
• Hands-on capability to translate AI concepts into practical execution including automation, AI tools, data workflows, and experimentation
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from business intelligence
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with leadership teams
• Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
• German work authorization required; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €70,000–€90,000 per year. Our client also offers equity participation and performance bonuses as part of the total compensation package.
