About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI product company focused on building intelligent, proactive applications. Our client is seeking a Lead UX Designer to join their team in Germany. This is a hands-on role where you'll create beautiful, intuitive interfaces that bring AI-powered experiences to life for users worldwide.

As Lead UX Designer, you'll focus on visual design excellence—ensuring every screen is clear, polished, and easy to use. You'll work alongside product designers and engineers in a fast-paced, high-talent-density environment where quality and craftsmanship matter.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality user interfaces that are fast, intuitive, and visually compelling
• Build and maintain UI components and design systems to ensure consistency
• Refine layouts, typography, spacing, and visual details across all product surfaces
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect experiences
• Continuously improve interface quality through iteration and attention to detail
• Contribute directly to product decisions and own your design work end-to-end

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design work
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, and composition
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems
• Expert proficiency with Figma
• Exceptional attention to detail and design craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently, make decisions under ambiguity, and execute quickly
• Passion for building products that are genuinely useful to people
