Senior Product Manager – Decision Engine

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization that is transforming how financial institutions leverage AI for critical operational decisions. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own their Decision Engine—a core platform component that powers millions of automated decisions daily across lending, compliance, and fraud prevention.

This is a high-impact role where you will shape the strategy and evolution of a mission-critical product pillar, working at the intersection of complex enterprise workflows and cutting-edge automation technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap and long-term success for a critical platform component
• Build deep understanding of enterprise customer needs, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for product differentiation
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to gather insights and translate them into well-defined product requirements
• Partner closely with engineering to balance rapid growth demands with system reliability and innovation
• Work with design to define data-driven workflow authoring experiences
• Define compelling long-term vision and prioritize roadmap initiatives to achieve strategic goals
• Track product performance through metrics and user feedback, driving continuous improvement
• Maintain high availability standards for business-critical systems

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with exposure to financial services and B2B SaaS environments
• Familiarity with data-oriented and highly technical products, with appetite to deepen technical expertise
• Experience building or managing critical, high-availability systems strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build trust and influence across functions
• Proven track record of delivering customer impact through thoughtful product improvements
• Data-driven decision-making approach; basic SQL proficiency strongly preferred
• Hands-on mindset with curiosity and willingness to challenge yourself and expand responsibilities
• Ability to operate with high autonomy while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
