As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll be responsible for identifying workflow bottlenecks across engineering, operations, and business functions—then building AI-driven automation that eliminates them. This isn't about theoretical demos; you'll ship working solutions that directly impact how teams operate daily.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated automation architectures using tools like n8n, LangGraph, and Python, integrating LLM capabilities into core business and technical operations
• Orchestrate the AI ecosystem by integrating workflows with existing data sources including Google Drive, Slack, project management platforms, and meeting infrastructure
• Deploy and manage AI-driven microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing Cloud Run, Vertex AI, and Vector Databases
• Develop and optimize agentic workflows leveraging REST APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and multi-modal Generative AI (text, image, video)
• Collaborate with enterprise AI and software development teams to translate high-level system designs into functional prototypes
• Validate automation solutions directly with internal stakeholders and iterate based on user feedback
• Ensure all AI deployments follow organizational infrastructure and coding best practices

What We're Looking For

• High-agency builder mindset with proven ability to ship functional, high-impact prototypes quickly
• Strong foundation in Python with deep understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and the current GenAI ecosystem
• Experience with automation platforms and orchestration tools
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and cloud-native environments (GCP experience preferred)
• Understanding of how to design and interact with clean RESTful APIs
• Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical AI tools and non-technical stakeholder needs
• Collaborative approach with mission-driven focus; ability to work seamlessly across diverse technical teams
• Continuous learner who stays current with state-of-the-art AI models and frameworks
• Proactive attitude with ability to thrive in high-paced, high-ambiguity startup environments
