About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the campervan and outdoor travel sector. They are seeking a Station Specialist for their Augsburg location to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support daily operations at their rental station.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers during vehicle pick-up and drop-off with outstanding service
• Conduct thorough vehicle handovers, explaining features and answering questions
• Perform comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning of campervans
• Support the station team with daily operational tasks
• Ensure customers have a smooth start to their rental experience
• Maintain station organization and vehicle readiness standards

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on mentality with willingness to tackle all tasks
• Customer service experience preferred
• Valid Class B driving license (required)
• Strong German and English language skills
• Team-oriented approach with positive attitude
• Based in or willing to relocate to Augsburg

Pay
