Senior Graphic Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential adtech organization that is transforming how mobile advertising connects developers with global audiences. Our client operates across multiple international markets and is experiencing rapid growth in their advertising technology platform. We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their Marketing team in Hamburg and help translate complex technology solutions into compelling visual stories that resonate across the mobile advertising industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute and apply established brand identities across global marketing touchpoints in Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions
• Lead daily asset production using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and exact brand standards
• Create visual assets for major international events, booth graphics, and localized digital performance campaigns
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content teams to translate commercial objectives into effective design solutions
• Build, organize, and maintain reusable design templates, component libraries, and asset management systems
• Produce exceptional design work across web and digital touchpoints, corporate presentations, event spaces, data visualizations, and performance marketing materials
• Ensure every visual asset meets pixel-perfect presentation standards across all marketing channels globally
• Empower regional teams, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to produce on-brand materials efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of design experience within tech, B2B SaaS, adtech, or fast-paced agency environments
• Proven track record in a senior design role with hands-on experience executing brand identities globally
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional technical craftsmanship and design precision across multiple formats and channels
• Strong understanding of commercial design objectives—ability to create assets that tell stories and drive business results
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to maintain exact brand standards
• Versatile portfolio demonstrating work across digital, corporate, event, and performance marketing touchpoints
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments where decisions are made quickly
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional marketing and product teams
