Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential adtech organization in Hamburg that is experiencing rapid global expansion. They are seeking an enterprise-level VP of Marketing to architect and execute their go-to-market strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a global, enterprise-ready go-to-market strategy spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC markets
• Direct and develop a high-performing, agile marketing team of approximately 20 professionals across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Events, Content Writing, and Graphic Design
• Bridge product innovation and commercial execution to ensure positioning captures and retains high-value enterprise accounts
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives that align global product strategy with commercial sales enablement
• Serve as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and Regional Leadership to drive localized demand generation while maintaining consistent brand messaging
• Optimize positioning and distribution within the American technology ecosystem to generate enterprise demand
• Establish clear data frameworks to measure brand sentiment, pipeline contribution, and ROI of global marketing initiatives
• Foster a culture of ownership within a lean, multi-disciplinary team structure

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience guiding at least two previous Tech or SaaS companies through the lifecycle journey from Start-up to Scale-up and Maturity, specifically navigating scale within the $500M to $5B range
• Deep experience in B2B enterprise marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and international localization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
• Strong familiarity with the American technology ecosystem and enterprise buyer psychology
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS and AdTech marketing playbooks
• Demonstrated ability to analyze pipeline data, CAC, and LTV metrics while guiding brand positioning and creative storytelling
• Experience leading lean, agile marketing teams and fostering a culture of ownership
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for enterprise audiences
• Track record of successful collaboration with Product, Sales, and Regional Leadership teams
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hamburg, Germany (relocation support available)
