Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobility client in the Köln-Düsseldorf area seeking a Seasonal Rental Associate (all genders) to join their station team. In this hands-on role, you will:

• Welcome customers with a positive attitude during vehicle pick-up and drop-off, ensuring a memorable service experience
• Conduct thorough vehicle handovers, explaining features and answering customer questions
• Perform comprehensive cleaning of fleet vehicles, both interior and exterior
• Support the station team with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth service delivery
• Help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and vehicle presentation

What We're Looking For

• A hands-on approach and willingness to assist with all tasks as needed
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Valid Class B driver's license (EU)
• Good German and English language skills
• Availability to work 20 hours per week
• Availability from July through October 31, 2026 (seasonal contract)

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €14 per hour for 20 hours per week.
