Group Product Manager, Reporting – Vendor

Join Delivery Hero in Berlin as a Group Product Manager focused on Reporting and Vendor solutions. In this full-time role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of our vendor-facing reporting platform, helping restaurant and merchant partners across Europe make data-driven decisions about their business.

The Opportunity

Delivery Hero is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to drive the vision and delivery of our Reporting platform for vendors. This is an opportunity to influence how thousands of restaurant and shop partners access insights into their orders, performance metrics, and business trends. You'll own the complete product lifecycle—from strategy and prioritisation through to launch and iteration—working with a talented team of engineers, data analysts, and designers to build intuitive, high-impact solutions that directly improve merchant success on the platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for vendor-facing reporting tools, aligned with Delivery Hero's broader business objectives
• Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver features that address real vendor needs
• Conduct user research and analyse behaviour data to understand merchant pain points and validate product direction
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business units, including merchant operations, finance, and platform teams
• Monitor key metrics and KPIs to assess product health, adoption, and business impact
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and lead product launches that enhance vendor experience and retention

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Group or Senior Product Manager, ideally in B2B or marketplace environments
• Strong understanding of data products, analytics, and how businesses use reporting to drive decisions
• Experience working with vendor, merchant, or SMB customer segments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with comfort translating business questions into data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
