ERPA is seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst to support our Student Account Services team in a full-time remote position available across the United States. You'll work closely with functional and technical staff to meet business automation needs, strengthen financial data processes, and provide critical technical support for our finance operations.
About the Role
In this Finance Business Systems Analyst position, you'll work closely with our Finance Technology & Data Integrity team to support business automation needs and drive technical excellence within Student Account Services. Your focus will be on gathering and organizing financial data, providing user support for finance systems, and enabling data-driven reporting that keeps our finance operations running smoothly and accurately.
What You'll Do
- Collect, organize, and validate financial data to support institutional reporting and decision-making
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to identify opportunities for business process automation and efficiency improvements
- Provide technical support to finance system users, troubleshooting issues and documenting solutions for future reference
- Develop and maintain reports that enable finance leadership to monitor and evaluate Student Account Services performance
- Participate in system improvement initiatives focused on enhancing data integrity, accuracy, and system reliability
- Communicate effectively between business teams and technical staff to translate operational requirements into workable solutions
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Banner or other higher education ERP systems, or demonstrated ability to quickly master enterprise finance platforms
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail in data management, accuracy, and reporting
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences
- Background in data analysis, business reporting, or systems support within a finance environment
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively across teams in a fully remote setting
- Knowledge of higher education financial operations, student accounting, or related processes is valued
