Total Care ABA is actively hiring a Part Time Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our growing team across Tennessee. About This Role

As a Registered Behavioral Technician with Total Care ABA, you'll deliver applied behavior analysis therapy to children in real-world settings—their homes, schools, and community environments. Working 20-25 hours per week with flexible morning and afternoon availability, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, support positive behavioral change, and help families achieve their therapeutic goals. This is part-time work designed to fit your schedule while providing the structure and purpose of a rewarding clinical role.

What You'll Do as an ABA Technician

• Deliver in-home and in-school applied behavior analysis services following established clinical protocols
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior modification strategies
• Collect and document client data to measure progress and behavioral outcomes
• Build strong relationships with clients and families to support therapeutic goals
• Communicate progress and observations with clinical supervisors
• Maintain compliance with RBT certification standards and professional ethics

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification
