Total Care ABA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Hickory Hill, Shelby County to deliver compassionate applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in their homes and schools.
About the Role
Total Care ABA is expanding our team of Registered Behavior Technicians across Tennessee. As an RBT in this position, you'll provide direct therapy services in natural environments—clients' homes and school settings—implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and supporting families on their journey toward their children's goals and growth.
What You'll Do
- Deliver behavior analysis therapy sessions in home and school environments under BCBA supervision
- Execute treatment plans, using evidence-based strategies tailored to each child's needs
- Collect and document behavioral data with precision and consistency
- Track client progress and communicate outcomes to supervising behavior analysts and families
- Build therapeutic relationships with children while maintaining professional standards
- Coordinate with educators, supervisors, and family members to support comprehensive treatment
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Demonstrated dedication to working with children with autism and related disabilities
- Comfort providing therapy in diverse home and school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Own transportation and willingness to travel within service areas
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
