Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Laveen, Maricopa County, to deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children with autism across in-home and in-school settings throughout Arizona. About the Role

As an RBT with Total Care ABA, you'll work directly with children and their families, implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position is full-time and based in Laveen, with services provided in clients' homes and in school environments across the greater Maricopa County area.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy during in-home and in-school sessions
• Collect, record, and track behavioral data to measure each child's progress
• Use positive reinforcement to build communication, social, and daily-living skills
• Partner with families, caregivers, and educators to support consistent outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional, ethical standards

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or active progress toward it
• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and related developmental needs
• Reliable, patient, and able to follow structured therapy plans
• Strong communication skills and dependable attendance
• Ability to travel to client homes and schools within the Laveen and Maricopa County region
