About the Role
As an LPN/LVN with Voca Healthcare, you'll deliver direct patient care in a healthcare setting serving the Truth Or Consequences community. This is a hands-on nursing position that combines clinical responsibility with genuine patient interaction. The three-shift-per-week schedule (36 hours total) provides structure while allowing flexibility around your personal commitments.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses
- Monitor patient vital signs, observe symptoms, and report changes to the clinical team
- Assist with patient hygiene, comfort measures, and activities of daily living
- Administer medications and treatments as directed and within scope of practice
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient outcomes
- Respond to patient needs with professionalism and compassion
What We're Looking For
- Current LPN or LVN license in New Mexico (or eligible to obtain one)
- Ability to work three 12-hour shifts per week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout shifts
