Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long term care setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Monitor and document resident conditions, responses, and changes in status
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Uphold safety, dignity, and quality-of-care standards throughout each shift

Qualifications

• Active, valid RN license appropriate for practice in the assignment location
• Prior nursing experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) environment preferred
• Willingness to relocate to or commute within Detroit Lakes, Becker County for an on-site, full-time travel assignment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive within a travel nursing assignment
