Account Manager

What This Role Involves

As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the key relationship manager for a book of business, guiding customers through renewals and growth initiatives. You'll combine strategic account planning with hands-on engagement, working to understand customer needs and demonstrate how our platform drives measurable outcomes. Your success depends on balancing customer advocacy with business objectives, while maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Own renewal discussions and identify expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
• Maintain detailed account records and activity tracking using CRM systems to support pipeline visibility
• Lead value demonstrations and product education sessions to drive adoption and satisfaction
• Develop pricing proposals and contract terms that work for both customer and company
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to structure and execute agreements
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and process optimization
• Operate with integrity in a compliance-focused environment, upholding all security and regulatory standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Three or more years of account management, customer success, or similar client-facing experience
• Demonstrated expertise in SaaS contracting, including master service agreements, renewal clauses, and subscription business models
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused perspective
• Proven track record managing multiple priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach
• Familiarity with HR systems, benefits administration, or regulatory compliance is a valuable advantage
