Role Overview

As an Implementation Consultant at name, you'll guide municipal and private waste enterprises through technology implementations that enhance operational efficiency and environmental impact. Starting with our core software platforms, you'll partner with clients to understand their current processes, design customized solutions, and deliver results that create lasting value for their organizations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build and maintain structured data repositories that support robust analytics and reporting
• Conduct statistical analysis and create comprehensive documentation of findings and recommendations
• Translate raw data into clear, presentation-ready reports and dashboards for stakeholder review
• Identify systematic inefficiencies and develop roadmaps for operational improvements
• Coordinate with internal leadership to align implementations with overall business strategy

What We're Looking For

• Minimum three years of professional experience in implementation consulting, business analysis, or related analytical roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, statistical functions, and visualization
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively with diverse teams
• Expertise in data quality assurance, query writing, and analytical reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field
