Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Zwickau that is seeking a Product Owner with AI expertise. In this role, you will be central to a new software initiative, working closely with the development team to implement technical changes, build integrations, and support end users.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Continuously developing and advancing the platform using an AI-first approach
• Collaborating with the team to develop innovative ideas and optimize existing services
• Maintaining, structuring, and prioritizing the product backlog
• Writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and taking ownership of product acceptance
• Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring all parties remain informed of project status
• Coordinating technical implementation of platform changes and new features with the development team
• Building and implementing interfaces to support the platform ecosystem

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks an experienced Product Owner who is passionate about digital innovation and driving cutting-edge solutions forward. The ideal candidate brings:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in product development or agile project work
• Strong expertise in the application and use of AI technologies
• Prior experience as a Product Owner or as part of an established software development team
• In-depth knowledge of common software development processes and a solid understanding of agile development principles (SCRUM) and associated roles
• Ideally, certification as PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• The ability to develop creative ideas and practical solutions to shape and continuously improve projects and processes
• Optional: Experience in tax consulting or auditing industries is a plus

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience and scope of responsibilities.
