About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential manufacturing technology client seeking a Solutions Engineer for their Munich office. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week onsite.
Our client is a global innovator in industrial digitization, helping manufacturers modernize operations through advanced software platforms. You'll join their EMEA delivery team, working directly with enterprise customers to implement complex technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute enterprise-level customer implementation projects using no-code platform technologies
- Partner closely with customers and third-party partners to develop and deploy technical solutions
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintain strong customer relationships throughout project lifecycles
- Contribute to internal process development, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-team collaboration
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer insights and feedback
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes from shop floor operators to C-suite executives
What We're Looking For
- BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience; background in project management and manufacturing or process engineering strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Basic coding skills with familiarity in SQL and REST API
- Fluency in English and German required; French language skills a significant plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across all organizational levels
- Proactive self-starter attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments, or readiness to thrive in dynamic settings without established processes
- Understanding of manufacturing operations challenges with an operator-centered mindset
