About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in Berlin that is experiencing exceptional growth. This is a rare opportunity to join as a Product Lead with genuine end-to-end ownership, working on consumer-facing products at scale. Our client operates in the digital engagement and rewards space, serving millions of users across Europe.

This role offers equity participation and the chance to shape product strategy during a period of rapid expansion. You'll own outcomes from hypothesis through execution, working with ambiguous problems that require both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product outcomes including hypothesis formation, roadmap development, execution, and metrics analysis
• Identify and prioritize the highest-impact product opportunities before they become obvious
• Lead discovery and delivery as integrated disciplines, not separate phases
• Tackle complex, ambiguous problems by forming sharp points of view validated against data
• Ship with conviction and make data-driven decisions about iteration or discontinuation
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business development teams to drive execution
• Expand scope across product verticals as you demonstrate impact

What We're Looking For

• Founder mindset: You make decisions with incomplete information, form strong hypotheses, and test them rigorously
• Data fluency: You independently analyze data to surface insights others miss. Experience with tools like Amplitude, Hex, and Looker is essential
• Ruthless prioritization: You identify the critical few initiatives that drive disproportionate impact
• End-to-end execution: You've built and shipped consumer-facing applications from concept to launch to iteration
• Cross-functional leadership: You bring teams along without formal authority and maintain momentum
• Consumer product experience: Demonstrated success building products for end users at scale

Preferred qualifications:

• Founder or co-founder experience owning complete product outcomes
• Experience scaling through hyper-growth phases (50 to 200+ employees)
• Background in mobile gaming, advertising, or digital engagement platforms
