Senior Catalog Manager & PIM – Travel & Hospitality Tech

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital transformation agency serving the travel and hospitality sector across multiple international markets. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Catalog Manager & PIM specialist to lead enterprise-wide product information strategy for a high-profile client engagement spanning resort properties, booking platforms, and digital commerce ecosystems.

This is a 100% remote role based in Latin America, with working hours aligned to Middle East timezones (GST/EET) to collaborate with teams in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the master enterprise catalog vision, including taxonomy structures, data ownership models, and product lifecycle workflows across multiple business lines
• Serve as Product Owner for the evaluation, deployment, and ongoing optimization of a centralized Product Information Management (PIM) platform
• Design complex omnichannel product data schemas that support accommodations, activities, memberships, mobility services, and retail offerings
• Drive integration strategy connecting the PIM ecosystem with content management systems, channel managers, inventory engines, payment platforms, and CRM solutions
• Optimize product discoverability and conversion by configuring rich metadata, digital assets, and promotional structures that power personalization engines
• Establish data quality benchmarks, monitor catalog health metrics, and manage multilingual localization across 8+ languages
• Facilitate alignment workshops and coordinate directly between Revenue Management, Commerce, Digital Experience teams, and external implementation partners

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, Hospitality, or related field
• 10+ years of dedicated experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Product Catalog Management, Digital Commerce, or Master Data Management (MDM)
• Proven track record leading enterprise PIM implementations within hospitality, travel, resorts, e-commerce, marketplaces, or booking platforms
• Strong technical strategy background with PIM platforms such as Akeneo, Salsify, Informatica, Pimcore, Stibo Systems, or inriver
• Direct experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud platforms
• Deep understanding of API-driven integrations, data validation schemas, Master Data Management concepts, and data governance frameworks
• Flexibility to align with Middle East working hours (GST/EET timezones)

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Campaign)
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and product analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
• Professional certifications in PIM platforms, data governance, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience Cloud
