Senior Product Manager – Monitoring & Research

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI-powered SaaS organization that specializes in customer experience intelligence across the MENA region. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their Monitoring & Research domain—a critical product area that helps enterprise customers understand sentiment, track brand perception, and convert millions of customer conversations into actionable business insights.

This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives on complexity, customer discovery, and building AI-native products that move organizations from data overload to confident decision-making. You'll own strategy and execution across social listening, managed channel analytics, and voice of customer platforms used by thousands of users daily.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Monitoring & Research domain, including social listening, managed channels analytics, and Voice of Customer (VoC) products
• Lead customer discovery efforts to validate problems, uncover opportunities, and ensure the team is solving issues that create measurable business value before committing resources
• Collaborate closely with AI, Data Science, Engineering, and Design teams to improve insight accuracy, sentiment quality, explainability, and overall trustworthiness of AI-powered features
• Make transparent prioritization decisions based on customer feedback, product data, market dynamics, commercial priorities, and strategic impact
• Monitor adoption patterns, retention drivers, churn signals, and customer behavior to continuously improve product value and business outcomes
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to create alignment, provide clarity during ambiguity, and contribute to a culture of empowered problem-solving
• Transform technical complexity into intuitive, useful customer experiences that help users confidently answer critical business questions about their markets, competitors, and brand performance

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS environments
• Proven ability to take products from discovery through validation, delivery, measurement, and iteration with a focus on customer and business value over feature output
• Experience working with analytics platforms, large datasets, AI-powered products, or technically complex systems
• Strong customer research skills—you regularly engage customers, validate assumptions with evidence, and investigate workflows to uncover friction points
• Ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty and adapt quickly when new information becomes available
• Clear communication skills that enable you to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and customer problems to technical teams
• Outcome-focused mindset—you measure success by adoption, customer value, and business impact rather than features shipped

Preferred:

• Experience with social listening, media monitoring, Voice of Customer, customer intelligence, or research platforms
• Background building AI-powered, analytics-heavy, or data-intensive products
• Familiarity with sentiment analysis, NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, or automated research workflows
• Experience working with Arabic-language products, regional dialects, or MENA market customer behaviors
• Knowledge of MENA markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and the GCC
• Experience with platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Talkwalker, Qualtrics, Medallia, or Brand24
